How can i set GUI inspector property in m file?

HI i'm making a new GUI .

but i can't know the set value (is inspector's value default?) in guide.m file

use inspector property is easy one , but i need to use function to set default value .

in m-file i used set but that doesn't change the inspector property ( default value)
